No card details are entered on this website. When you place an order we email an invoice, and you pay using the method you chose at checkout. Your order is confirmed for delivery once payment clears.
Ways to pay
- Bank transfer (EFT). BSB and account details are printed on your invoice.
- PayID. Pay instantly from your banking app — our PayID is on the invoice.
- Credit or debit card. We email a secure card payment link with your invoice.
Always use your order number
Quote the order number from your invoice as the payment reference so we can match it straight away.
Payment security
We will never ask you to pay into an account that differs from the one on your invoice. If you ever receive a message with changed bank details, call us on 1300 000 000 before paying.
