These terms apply to orders placed with Haulbox Pty Ltd through haulbox.com.au.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in AUD. Placing an order is a request to buy; it becomes a contract when we confirm it and your payment clears. If a listing contains an obvious pricing error we'll contact you before going ahead.
Stock
Stock — especially used units — can sell quickly. If an item is no longer available after you order, we'll offer an alternative or a full refund.
Delivery and risk
Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery or collection. You're responsible for clear, safe site access for the delivery vehicle; see the delivery page.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Dimensions and specifications are nominal and may vary slightly between manufacturers and production runs.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
